How long does it take to ship my item?
Making Your Order: When you order it takes 7-10 days to make your item in our studio including its hand made aspects, but it often is made sooner. Please take this time into consideration when ordering your garment.

2-3 business days by Royal Mail Tracked 48. More info at https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/tracked-48
USA Mainland: 5-7 business days International Tracked
International:
5-10 business days depending on the country. Up to 2kg is via Royal Mail Tracked info at https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-tracked
Over 2kg is via Parcelforce https://www.parcelforce.com/sending-parcel/international-parcel-delivery
Occasionally, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. For example, Christmas holiday rush. Service updates will be available at the shipping company website so keep an eye on this.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is packed and ready, we'll send you a tracking number via email. It may take about 12 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Can I change or cancel my order once its placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible as once your package is with the shipping company modifications may not be possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request. We advise that you to review your order carefully when placing it to avoid any problems. Our email contact is hello@twistedavenue.co.uk.
What if I have entered my shipping address incorrectly?
If you realise that your shipping address is incorrect please email us as soon as possible so that we can help you before it is shipped. Our email contact is hello@twistedavenue.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched to the shipping company you will need to contact them directly for further assistance.
We advise that you double-check your address when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you've entered, you will be responsible for the re-ship cost. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address.
What if my package is marked 'Delivered' but I can't find it?
If your package is marked 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, start by checking around your delivery area and confirming the shipping address you provided. Sometimes, packages can be marked as 'delivered' before they actually arrive. If you still can not find your package please contact the shipping company for further assistance in retrieving your package.
